Daily Satsangs open a field of truth through silence and sound. You explore the vibration of your own voice, guided by aligned breathing and subtle listening. Using the voice with conscious breath opens a space of deep understanding of creative power and divine presence.
This is the Tantra of Sound, where voice, breath and gentle movement become gateways into divine union within your own body. In the essence of Tantra, energy is experienced as the meeting of masculine and feminine qualities, of inner and outer movements, of earth and sky within one body.
In this retreat, wisdom moves through sound, breath and awareness so that inner union becomes a tangible energetic experience. You meet your own divine presence through vibration as your system softens into coherence. We explore frequency through sound and expanded states of awareness that gently reorient your whole being toward grace and clarity. At times we work with vibrational medicine and plant based ceremonies that expand perception while you remain fully present in your body.
Nourishment is part of the practice. We eat in silence so that colours, scents, textures and flavours receive your full attention. Each meal becomes a ceremony of presence, a way of listening to how your body receives and how energy settles. In the same spirit, connection with others arises in dedicated moments of sharing, song and touch. We meet one another inside activity that is truly about connecting, which opens deeper layers of awareness while the nervous system rests and the body remembers a natural state of wellbeing.
