{movement}
/ˈmuːvmənt/
[1] Continuous change is the one constant. When we meet movement with presence and curiousity we follow it to where it wants to go.
[2] A subtle shift in awareness that becomes visible as breath, sensation, sound or gesture.
[3] Conscious flow of lifeforce energy moving through the body.
ATTUNEMENT
During the retreat we dance, move, and practice yoga in ways that invite awareness rather than achievement. Movement becomes a living space in which you can sense how you organise yourself and how the body responds when it is met with attention.
SOMATIC AWARENESS
Through guided somatic explorations you discover new pathways of ease. Small shifts in posture, breath, and attention can change how you experience effort, pain, and support. The body begins to reveal itself as a field of intelligence that responds the moment you listen.
SLOW-MOTION
Movement is born from stillness. We practice slow and attentive forms of movement so sensation becomes clearer and presence deepens. As the pace softens, the body has more space to speak and you become more intimate with its subtle language.
INNER LISTENING
You learn to choose softness instead of strain, curiosity instead of pushing through. In this way movement becomes more than activity. It becomes embodied understanding. Each gesture becomes a way of meeting yourself with more truth, more coherence, and more kindness.
