a living rhythm
The program above is a fluid framework. Each day we attune to what is present in the group, in the land and in your bodies. Time and elements can gently shift so that what unfolds stays true to the moment. The overview is there for you to feel the flavor of the days and to relax into the field we hold together. Within that frame we lean into simplicity and a clear rhythm, so your body can rest in something familiar while you remember how to move with change from within.
Symphony of the Senses
Living through the senses is a natural movement of an awakened body.
As consciousness becomes more embodied, the senses become a deeper meeting place with life. Presence tastes and smells, song and touch, explore life as sound, color, texture and breath. This is the territory of tantra as yoga of life, a path that moves through all layers of being present in every facet of your day. Being sensitive enough to feel it all, and taking care of that sensitivity so it can remember coherence, is what we will practice throughout these days.
Silence for sensing
Silence is not an absence of sound, it is an active space of listening.
Solitude is part of the retreat. Time in your tent, by the pond, in the forest or simply with your eyes closed becomes a way to stay close to yourself.
Eating as a sensory ritual
Once a day we share a meal in silence.
This meal is a ceremony for your senses: colors on the plate, the sound of cutlery, the warmth of food in your belly, the scent of herbs, the texture of every bite. When words rest, taste becomes vivid and the body shows clearly what it likes and what it needs less of.
We follow a gentle intermittent fasting rhythm. The body spends the first part of the day in relative emptiness, with tea, water, fruit and small bites available. Emptiness makes room for clarity: you feel more, you taste more, you recognize more quickly what nourishes and what drains. The silent meal helps your nervous system recognize that nourishment can be simple, slow and safe.
Water, fire, earth, air
The land itself is part of the symphony:
-
Water in the pond, in the waterfall, in the hot springs on one of the days.
-
Fire in the evening, as warmth, light, as a point of gathering and release.
-
Earth under your feet, the roots of the trees, the path through the forest.
-
Air, clean healthy air in your lungs, a breeze touching your skin, you see the open sky and the stars at night.
These elements are part of daily life here, and we relate to them with presence and respect.
Sound, music and voice
Music and sound flow through the retreat like a clear river.
The teachings of sound and vibration will come in Satsang, we connect in sound in shared songs by the fire, and in gentle nurturing sound journeys and in Authentic Voice sessions, where you meet your own vibration. Your voice, the drum, the crackle of fire, the rustle of leaves, the silence between sounds: together they form one field.
Some sessions focus on the authentic voice as a direct way to meet your own truth. This is not about singing beautifully. It is about feeling how sound moves through your chest, throat and bones, and letting that be honest.
Touch, movement & body
Movement and touch help the senses integrate what opens.
Somatic dance, slow stretching, lying on the earth, the weight of a blanket, a hand on your shoulder, the warmth of a cup in your hands: all of these invite your nervous system into safety and presence.
On days with plant work or vibrational medicine, we often follow with gentle movement and dance, so your body can carry and organise the experience. These spaces are there for integration. Insight lands in the body when you give it time.
During the in-between moments, our in-house yoga teacher and massage therapist is available for deeply relaxing (oil) massages at a special retreat rate.
Everything is an invitation
Every part of the schedule is an invitation.
You listen to your body and your soul when you choose how you participate. Some days you may feel wide open for a workshop or ritual, another day you may feel a stronger pull toward integration, rest, nature or writing.
In the me-moments there is space for:
-
resting alone
-
journaling or creating
-
receiving a massage or bodywork
-
one to one coaching conversations when available
-
quiet music or spontaneous sounding
Self leadership is central in this retreat. You practice staying true to your inner yes and your inner pause.
Coherent resonance
Across the week you explore what it means to live as coherent resonance:
senses awake, breath steady, body present, heart open, mind clear enough to listen. Presence moves through simple daily acts, in how you breathe, rest, listen, speak and move.
The symphony of the senses invites you to remember your true nature and to walk as a living space of love, a quiet spaceholder of heaven in a world in transition.
