Holding space for heaven

The Spaceholder

As you read these words, know that this is not just a story; it is a space of invitation.

An invitation to journey deeper into the heart of what it means to hold space, not only for others but for yourself, for the collective, and for the unfolding of life itself. The new earth is here and we are its custodians, holding it in the warm embrace of our loving presence.

The Custodian of presence

To become a spaceholder is to be a custodian of presence, one who tends to what arises within and around with reverence and mastery.

Holding space begins within ourselves. It is the practice of turning inward, creating an inner sanctuary where our emotions, thoughts, and experiences can arise and be met without judgment and control. It asks for a soft yet steady willingness to meet ourselves as we are in every moment.

In this loving act of self-holding, we become custodians of our inner world, meeting its movements with tenderness rather than control.

A spaceholder is someone who no longer resists their own becoming, but who has softened into themselves again and again, until the body remembers what real stillness feels like. This new found inner equilibrium expands naturally outward, shaping the space we hold for others and for the world.

We hold space as a testimony of what is, integrating what it awakens within us in a soft and loving way. In this, we return again and again to the space where our connection with the divine is felt. This is not intellectual; it is lived in the breath and in the nervous system. To hold space for heaven is to hold space for the truth already present in us, the quiet field where divinity becomes tangible and the soul remembers its own clarity.

To be a custodian of presence is to be a vessel of the divine. In presence we feel when the impulse of truth moves through us, sometimes into stillness, sometimes into action.

When we no longer seek to fix or change anything, we become witnesses of life unfolding.

In that witnessing, we are carried by the energies of trust, gratitude, and appreciation, the qualities that allow us to hold space from love.

Witnessing becomes a quiet alignment with truth, not a stance or a practice.

A spaceholder is a natural regulator. Rooted in presence, they radiate a steady field in which the nervous system can find coherence. When we become still and rooted in presence, we emit a frequency others can attune to because we are the space where regulation becomes possible. In the presence of someone who holds that calm field, the nervous system begins to remember its own rhythm.

Through grounded presence, we radiate a frequency of safety, stillness, and openness. Like music and vibration, coherence invites what feels scattered to fall back into harmony. In this field, coherence becomes a lived and shared experience where we meet ourselves and others.

The grace of imperfection

Holding space also means choosing how we meet reality, not by resisting or manipulating, but by returning to coherence again and again.

How we feel disharmony is personal. We resonate or dissonate depending on what our field meets, and each sensation becomes an invitation to return to coherence instead of resistance.

The grace of imperfection reveals itself when we allow everything into our field without steering or controlling. Only then do we fall into grace, discovering that presence itself is enough.

It is to allow ourselves the grace of imperfection, to remember that growth is a process, and to trust that everything we experience serves our unfolding.

When we look upon the world through the eyes of heaven, we witness not only its beauty but its potential for harmony. We become participants in the divine unfolding, not by doing more but by being more, more present, more loving, and more aligned with the truth within us.

As we learn to regulate the nervous system, we begin to feel safe within all our human sensations and emotions. In that calm space, we no longer resist what is.

We return to the frequency of the soul, the soft openness where everything can be felt.

As it becomes safe to feel all that we are, we begin to embody the space where all that we came here to be can unfold. And in embodying this presence, we become an invitation for others to do the same, joining in the eternal dance of love, creation, and divine connection.

The things I write about come from my heart. The knowledge that my heart wants to share is simple and in a loving way connected to the Allowance of knowing and not knowing.

Love is the allowance of all perspectives within yourself. So read everything I write with your heart open and allow yourself to find your own resonance.
